RIVERS STATE UNIVERSITY SUG ELECTION-ONLINE VOTING HAPPENING TODAY

As the election heats up in Rivers State University today 26th February, 2021.

It is believed that today's voting process is one of the peaceful one that has ever been conducted in the school campus due to the non stop unrest, votes hijack and shooting that has happened in the past.

Today's voting process is indeed peaceful and promising as assured by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Nlerum Sunday Okogbule and the Dean of student affairs, Isaac Zeb-Obipi who currently works at the department of Management Science.

The VC, Dean and other dignitaries in the University was sited in the school Amphitheater where the voting is taking place observing the entire process from the start going to the finish now.

The school security and the police, DIOBU division was contacted to keep the students in check for the election to go smoothly.

As reported directly from inside the school campus, the voting is still on-going but according to the results showing so far; it seems the University already know their chosen and elected student representatives.
